Under his leadership, SeniorCorp became one of the largest independent home care agencies in the country, renowned for its quality care and for hosting other home care agencies to share best practices.

Andy’s extensive professional experience includes roles as Chief Operating Officer, Army veteran, business advisor, and senior home care industry expert with years of proven success in operations management, client support and caregiver training. He earned his B.A. in Political Science from Davidson College and his MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.

Jennifer Muskat, Co-Founder and Chief Client Officer, is a leader in the home care industry with a deep commitment to transforming dementia care. Building on her family’s legacy as founders of Home Care Assistance, Jennifer has dedicated her career to creating innovative care solutions that prioritize dignity, connection, and peace of mind.
