Jim Kimzey
Co-Founder and CEO
Jim Kimzey, Co-Founder and CEO, previously founded Tender Rose Dementia Care Specialists in the San Francisco Bay Area in 2009, and brings a history of helping hundreds of clients navigate dementia, from diagnosis to end-of-life.
Before starting Tender Rose, Jim had more than 20 years of healthcare experience educating physicians, nurses and other caregivers on how to use new technologies for diagnosis and treatment of disease and to enhance patient safety. Jim holds a Bachelor's degree in economics and an MBA from Stanford University

Andy Tysinger
Co-Founder, President and COO
Andy Tysinger, Co-Founder, President and COO, brings operational expertise from his successful tenure at SeniorCorp in Virginia Beach, VA. Under his leadership, SeniorCorp became one of the largest independent home care agencies in the country, renowned for its quality care and for hosting other home care agencies to share best practices.
Andy’s extensive professional experience includes roles as Chief Operating Officer, Army veteran, business advisor, and senior home care industry expert with years of proven success in operations management, client support and caregiver training. He earned his B.A. in Political Science from Davidson College and his MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.

Jennifer Muskat
Co-Founder and Chief Client Officer
Jennifer Muskat, Co-Founder and Chief Client Officer, is a leader in the home care industry with a deep commitment to transforming dementia care. Building on her family’s legacy as founders of Home Care Assistance, Jennifer has dedicated her career to creating innovative care solutions that prioritize dignity, connection, and peace of mind.
Her talent for cultivating high-performing teams and meaningful client relationships has shaped a reputation for delivering exceptional care. Jennifer also led pioneering partnerships that set new benchmarks in personalized memory care.
As a long-time resident of the Chicago area and proud member of the Lake Bluff community, Jennifer shares, “For me, this work is deeply personal. By living and working here, I’m not just offering a service—I’m caring for my neighbors and enriching the place I call home.”

Tracy Hoeft, RN
Partnership Development ManagerTracy Hoeft has over 30 years of nursing experience and excels in sales and relationship management as the Partnership Development Manager at Full Bloom Memory Care. Known for her compassion and connection-building skills, Tracy is a trusted leader in senior services. Her background as a Registered Nurse has equipped her to handle complex health and personal challenges effectively, ensuring optimal outcomes for those she assists. Her dedication to building trust and mutual respect is evident in her sales and relationship development roles.
Inspired by her father’s experience with Alzheimer’s, Tracy launched the Vintage Moves program in 2023, using music and dance to engage seniors with memory changes. Her career highlights her skill in integrating clinical knowledge with strategic sales approaches, having held impactful positions at TheKey, National General Insurance, and Ascension.

Colleen Hagan
Director of Client Care & TrainingAs Director of Client Care and Training at Full Bloom, Colleen leverages over a decade of home and dementia care experience to enhance the company's person-centered approach. She manages complex care plans and caregiver coordination, develops training programs, and supports families, ensuring compassionate care for those with dementia.
Colleen is a Teepa Snow-certified dementia care professional, and she holds multiple certifications through the Positive Approach to Care® organization. She skillfully combines these certifications with evidence-based strategies from the Alzheimer’s Association to design care plans that empower both caregivers and families. Her prior work as an electron microscopist at Massachusetts General Hospital enriches her perspective, blending scientific insights with a deep understanding of the human aspects of dementia care. Colleen is recognized for her warmth and ability to build trust, leading care teams and collaborating with families to provide high-quality in-home care.
