Colleen Hagan
Director of Client Care & Training
Colleen leverages over a decade of home and dementia care experience to enhance Full Bloom's person-centered approach. She manages complex care plans and caregiver coordination, develops training programs, and supports families, ensuring compassionate care for those with dementia.
Colleen is a Teepa Snow-certified dementia care professional, and she holds multiple certifications through the Positive Approach to Care® organization, and is a certified Alzheimer's Association Community Educator®. She skillfully combines these certifications with evidence-based strategies to design care plans that empower both caregivers and families. Her prior work as an electron microscopist at Massachusetts General Hospital enriches her perspective, blending scientific insights with a deep understanding of the human aspects of dementia care. Colleen is recognized for her warmth and ability to build trust, leading care teams and collaborating with families to provide high-quality in-home care.
