In-Office Highlights
Full Bloom's Open House & Ribbon Cutting
On June 26th, we welcomed the Lake Forest community to our Open House and Ribbon Cutting, celebrating the launch of Full Bloom Memory Care. Guests had the opportunity to meet our founders and care team, whose decades of experience shape our personalized, compassionate approach to in-home dementia care.

Dementia Sensitivity Training
Sensory impairment and struggles with activities of daily living make memory care uniquely challenging. We use specially designed training tools to teach our Memory Care Partners how to meet clients wherever they are on their dementia journey.
The Full Bloom Roadmap
A Clear Path for Families, Professionals, and Care Teams
When someone you care about is living with dementia, it's easy to feel lost—especially when traditional care feels like nothing more than a checklist of tasks.
The Full Bloom Roadmap gives you a way forward.
- Begin With the Life Story
Who are they beyond the diagnosis? Their values, interests, and life history set the tone for every decision. - Build Days That Feel Like Them
Replace aimless hours with purposeful moments—visits to the farmers market, art classes, favorite cafés, or simple time in nature. - A Consistent Care Partner or Team
We carefully match each client with a dedicated caregiver—or a small, consistent team—trained in dementia support and chosen for personal connection. - Oversight That Adapts as Needs Change
Your Client Care Manager stays involved, fine-tuning the plan so it keeps meeting evolving needs. - More Good Days—for Everyone
The outcome: restored connection, reduced stress, and a higher quality of life.
"It's not just care. It's a good life, on purpose."
Community Connections & Wellness
At Full Bloom, we believe that dementia care is about more than just support groups and resources—it's about nurturing the whole person and their circle of care. That's why we highlight not only memory-focused programs, but also wellness opportunities that encourage movement, connection, and joy for caregivers, families, and the broader community.

This is not a clinical book—it's a human one. Kimberly writes as a daughter navigating her mom's rare dementia, capturing the humor, heartbreak, and quiet peace of the journey.
"Just when I think I've lost her, I find her again—in small things and brief moments that deepen the mystery and feel something like miracles."
Journal Prompts:
- What am I grieving that I haven't said out loud?
- Where can I trade control for connection this week?
- What moments of light or clarity have surprised me recently?
Available by special order from: Lake Forest Book Store
